At The Busy Bees Shop our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Our policy ensures we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Provided all your items are in stock, all orders are sent todispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. From there, once we hand your order to Australia Post, we then calculate shipping time.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped by Australia Post to the nominated destination. After processing and leaving our warehouse, items may take up to 7 days to arrive at their destination depending on which shipping option you choose. Please note delivery times in some areas have been impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. Express Post is an option for faster delivery. Shipping Options: We provide a standard shipping service and an express shipping service as well as same day local pick up.

Cost of Shipping: For Express Post up to 5kg: $12.50; Parcel Post up to 5kg: $9.50. We offer free postage for orders over $100.

Duration of Shipping: Australia Post has temporarily suspended their next business day guarantee but says, our Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for our customers – and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time. For Parcel Post deliveries sending within the same state: Metro up to 2 business days and Country up to 5 business days. For Parcel Post deliveries sending interstate: Metro up to 3-5 business days depending on lodgement and destination points. Country destinations will require confirmation from Australia Post.

Restrictions: Our store is currently open for purchases within Australia. We do not currently ship to international destinations.
